This is a mangalorean fried chicken..its an another way of fried chicken .it has some fresh herbs in the marinate ..crispy too

Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken - cut into large pieces or small (your choice)
- 1 to taste Chilli Powder - tblspn or
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder -
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi -
- 2 tsps Cumin Jeera Powder / Podi -
- 1 Garam Masala Powder - tblspn
- to taste Salt
- pinch Red Food Colouring a
- 1 Egg -
- 3 All Purpose Flour Maida / - tblspn
- 3 Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - tblspn
- 2 Lemon Juice - tblspn
- Oil for Deep Frying
For Grinding:
- handful Curry Leaves - a
- 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves - chopped
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves - chopped
- 5 cm Ginger - piece peeled
- 10 cloves Garlic -
- 5 Green Chillies -

Instructions
- Take all the grinding ingredients in a blender and make it into a coarse puree.
- Now take cleaned chicken in a bowl, add in the puree, along with all ingredients given in the list except oil, maida and rice flour.
- Mix well and leave this to marinate overnight or 3 to 4 hours.
- Now add in maida and rice flour and mix well.
- Heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken in batches on a low to medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.
- Now increase the heat to a high and fry it for 5 to 10 mins till it turns crispy.
- Drain in paper towel and serve.
